John T. Morgan Roofing Receives The Prestigious 2020 Carlisle Perfection Award
Carlisle SynTec Systems, a leading manufacturer of single-ply roofing materials, recently honored John T. Morgan Roofing with its 2020 Perfection Award. The perfection award is an annual distinction that recognizes a small percentage of Carlisle’s most quality-oriented contractors.
To be eligible for Carlisle’s Perfection Award, a contractor must have established a seven-year track record of exceptional installation quality and excellent warranty claim performance. The award is Carlisle’s way to recognize contractors who are dedicated to superlative quality and outstanding service.
“It’s a pleasure to acknowledge and thank contractors who are committed to top-quality workmanship,” said Mike DuCharme, Carlisle’s Vice President of Marketing. “Perfection Award winners demonstrate their dedication to excellence on every installation, and John T. Morgan Roofing exemplifies this mindset,” DuCharme continued.
To qualify for the Perfection Award, contractors must complete a minimum amount of warranted work and number of jobs per year. Recipients are then selected based on installation quality and warranty claim performance.

“Carlisle maintains detailed records of every Authorized Applicators' warranty claims history. Each year, the Perfection Award will recognize those roofers whose exceptional installation quality results in a warranty claim performance that ranks in the top 5% of all US and Canadian applicators. Of those applicators, a small number of Perfection Award winners will be selected to the Perfection Council each year. Perfection Council members are not chosen on the basis of sales volume; rather, applicators of all sizes will be considered to represent their Perfection Award peers based on their history of high performance on Carlisle installations. These applicators will serve as an advisory board throughout the year to determine how Carlisle can best support its contractor network and enhance its reputation for the highest quality roofing systems.”
