Roof Inspection
Roof inspections are a great way to help prolong the life of your current roof. On average, semi-annual roof inspections add 7 years to the life of a roof. It allows you to make repairs before problems exist in addition to budgeting for a future roof replacement.
We provide them regularly during real estate transactions, after storms and as part of roof maintenance agreements. We work with real estate professionals (realtors), building owners, property managers and general contractors to provide a thorough roof assessment.
Our roof inspections consist of an evaluation of all roof system components. Additionally, we’ll make you aware of any non-roof related issues found. Each roof inspection by John T. Morgan Roofing will come with a detailed inspection report of our findings, considerations and recommendations.
